Returns policy & Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on our website, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days with a full refund, which applies from the date you received the product you ordered.
Invoking your right of withdrawal:
You need to notify us that you have changed your mind. The notification must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Your notification should include your name, address, email address, order number, as well as the name(s) of the product(s) to be returned. You will be liable for the cost of return shipping, the return delivery and the condition of the returned products. For that reason, please ensure that the products are well packaged in their original packaging. BellPal is not liable for products that are lost in transit during return shipping. The product must be unused and in its original condition. You have the right to examine the product, but not to use it or handle it in a manner that could potentially damage it or change its condition. If the product is damaged or if it is not in its original condition, you may not receive a full refund. If the product is damaged or has been used, we reserve the right to make a deduction to the refund corresponding to the product’s decrease in value.
Orders placed on the website can only be delivered in Sweden and the U.S.A. (through our partnership with BlueStar Senior Tech, please refer to country selector on this web site).
We charge a delivery fee of SEK 89 when you purchase from BellPal’s online store (Sweden only).
When placing an order, you need to enter a billing address. The products will be delivered to this address when the order has been confirmed, unless you have entered a different delivery address.
If the product is lost or damaged in transit, you need to inform us immediately. For packages that have not been collected from the post office within 14 days, BellPal reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and the administrative costs incurred by the transport company.
Normal delivery times are 2–3 business days (SWEDEN). Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. If the delivery of your product is delayed you can contact us at: email@example.com (unless you have received notification of an extended delivery time).
