1.1 These conditions (the Conditions) shall apply to all orders placed or that will be placed by customers for products and services that are offered on or via www.bellpal.com (the Website). Products and services that are offered on or via the website are provided by BellPal AB, corporate ID no. 559079-6958, registered address Maria Skolgata 83, 118 53 Stockholm, Sweden (henceforth called “BellPal”).
1.2 Products and services offered on or via the website are intended for adults and if you are a minor, you guarantee that your parent, guardian or other responsible adult has given you permission to make purchases on the website.
1.3 Note that these conditions only aim to define the conditions pertaining to orders placed by customers on the website, and that the general terms and conditions that govern a customer’s use of products and services offered by BellPal are available at www.bellpal.com. Please note that BellPal is the controller of the personal data required to enable us to provide the services in accordance with the general terms and conditions. You can find out more about how we process your personal data at BellPal.com/gdpr.
2 Orders, prices and shipping
2.1 All orders placed by customers must be approved by BellPal. An agreement between the customer and BellPal will only be entered into when BellPal has approved the order and will only be entered into with customers who have a delivery address in Sweden.
2.2 Orders depend on the availability of the products and services, which is indicated in the online store, and BellPal reserves the right to wholly or partly refuse orders.
2.3 Applicable prices are those that are stated on the website on the date the order is placed. BellPal reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders placed before the date of change. All prices listed are inclusive of value added tax.
2.4 We always offer free shipping and returns when customers shop in the BellPal online store.
3 Order processing
3.1 If a customer wishes to buy a product and/or service, they will need to select the product and/or service to put in their basket and then enter a quantity for each product and/or service.
3.2 At the check-out, the customer can complete the order by entering their bank card details, approve the terms and conditions of sale and then click “Order” 3.3 When the order has been placed, the customer will receive an email confirming the order and the payment.
4.1 Our normal delivery times are 2–3 business days. NB! Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. If there are any delays in delivery you can contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org (unless you have already received notification of an extended delivery time).
4.2 We use the services of Postnord Mypack collect (Postnord agent). We deliver to the nearest collection point and the customer will be notified by text message. Subscriptions are delivered electronically or through automatic activation. If your order contains several products, BellPal reserves the right to deliver and/or activate the products separately. Orders placed on the website can only be delivered in Sweden.
4.3 If the product is lost in transit, or if you notice that the product has been damaged in transit, you need to contact our customer support immediately (support@bellpal,com).
5 Payment methods
5.1 We offer card payments through our partner Stripe. You can choose to pay by debit or credit card. BellPal does not process any card numbers. Use secure online payments through Visa, Amex or MasterCard. Your payment is processed by Stripe using secure encryption and in accordance with strict banking standards. Your bank card details are sent directly to your bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone else but your bank. When paying by credit or debit card, the terms and conditions will apply as soon as the transaction has been approved. If we do not receive payment after you have placed your order, the order may be automatically annulled by BellPal.
6 Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 When purchasing a product and/or service on our website, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days with a full refund, which applies from the date you received the product you ordered.
6.2 You need to notify us to let us know that you have changed your mind. The notification must be sent to: email@example.com. Your notification should include your name, address, email address, order number, as well as the names of the products you wish to return. You will be liable for the cost of return shipping, the return delivery and the condition of the returned products. For that reason, please ensure that the products are well packaged in their original packaging.
6.3 BellPal is not liable for products that are lost in transit during return shipping. The product must be unused and in its original condition. You have the right to examine the product, but not to use it or handle it in a manner that could potentially damage it or change its condition. If the product is damaged or if it is not in its original condition, you may not receive a full refund. If the product is damaged or has been used, we reserve the right to make a deduction to the refund corresponding to the product’s decrease in value.
6.4 Exemptions from the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service where the fulfilment has been initiated with the customer’s consent during the withdrawal period.
7.1 We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is damaged when you receive it or if it has been incorrectly dispatched, we undertake to correct the fault free of charge, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Before returning any faulty products, you must always contact us to receive the appropriate authorization. The complaint must be lodged immediately upon discovery of the defect.
7.2 Any faults and defects must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org where you should state your name, your address, your email address, the order number and a description of the fault. If we are unable to rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. We will refund you for the cost of return shipping for authorized complaints.
7.3 We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it is revealed that the product is not defective in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Our complaints procedure conforms with the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
8.1 In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, BellPal offers a 24-month warranty on all purchased products. The warranty does not cover faults caused by accidents or similar incidents, damage, moisture, neglect, abnormal use, incorrect service or other circumstances for which the user is responsible.
8.2 If BellPal fails to deliver an order or if the product delivered is not the product that was ordered, of if the product is faulty or damaged, or if the quantity is incorrect, BellPal can:
– repair the faulty product or redeliver a product that was not delivered; or
– replace all faulty or damaged products with new ones; or
– refund the amount you paid for the product
8.3 If you wish to invoke the warranty, you must contact BellPal at email@example.com within 24 months of the date you purchased the product. You must return the product to BellPal at the address provided by BellPal as soon as possible after contacting BellPal, including a description of the fault.
8.4 Under the warranty, BellPal can offer you a replacement product while the faulty item is undergoing service. If you would like to receive a replacement product, please contact BellPal.
9 Limit of liability
9.1 We accept no liability for indirect damage that may be caused by the product and/or service.
9.2 We accept no liability for delays/faults as a consequence of circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labour disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers.
10 Product details
10.1 We cannot be held liable for errors or misprints on this website nor for products that have sold out. We cannot guarantee that the images displayed on the website correspond exactly to actual products, as colour variations may arise due to differences in computer monitors, photo quality and resolution. When photographing products, we always try to be as accurate as possible.

12 Miscellaneous provisions
12.1 Any provisions in these terms and conditions that are prohibited or that cannot be executed in a jurisdiction shall not apply based on the scope of such a prohibition or non-executable provision and this shall not affect the remaining provisions in these terms and conditions. Such a prohibited or non-executable provision shall be interpreted as closely as legally possible to the original wording and purpose of the provision. Any prohibition or lack thereof in a jurisdiction shall not render the provision prohibited or non-executable in other jurisdictions.
13 Applicable law
13.1 These conditions are regulated by Swedish law and shall be interpreted accordingly, without affecting other compulsory laws in your country of residence. For this reason, these conditions shall be exclusively interpreted, executed and terminated in accordance with Swedish law, and any disputes in connection with and/or arising from them shall be settled exclusively by a Swedish court of law. If you are a consumer, any disputes shall be settled by a court of law in your town of residence or some other location based on applicable law. Irrespective of whether stated otherwise, nothing shall prevent BellPal from instituting proceedings concerning breaches of intellectual property against you, or concerning non-payment against you, in a country where such a breach or non-payment has allegedly taken place or in your country of residence.
